a month agoBeware: Total rip-off and predatory pricing! We called Pune Plumbing Services for an urgent issue with a jammed toilet flush button. A technician arrived quickly, but he was completely unprofessional regarding his rates. He spent exactly 5 minutes on a minor adjustment and demanded ₹400 on the spot. There was zero upfront communication about a minimum visiting fee or labor costs before he started. When we tried to politely reason and argue against this extortionate rate for 5 minutes of work, he became stubborn and dismissive, claiming "that is just the price."Taking advantage of a customer in an emergency situation is a terrible, dishonest business practice. They are crooks who overcharge once they are inside your house. Avoid this service at all costs if you expect honest service and transparent pricing!
