Home story was my Disaater decision, Entire house interior work is like given to tabela waalai bhaiiya. Very poorely finished after almost a ywar of delay. He took 90% after 1st stage, as per agreement, and then started showing his colors. But we had no choice, so were stuck for more than a year. pls stay away, else be prepared for painful nightmares

Signed contract, paid advance but site is going no where for last 5 months. Now owner is not following contract. Went to police but police don’t entertain such cases. So all my money is gone and home interior completely out of sync. This guy keeps giving false promises. Labor has left because owner did not pay them, nor he supplied material. Very very bad experience and service. Save yourself and your dream home.

Pls save urself from this company and company owner, He took 90% of payment but did not pay any vendors, electrician is non technical, he got some goood guy to start wkrk but he left because this guy did not pay, same story with pop and painter. He does not care about written contract. He knows it has no value unless we go to court, which takes ages to decide. But in meantme my house is incomplete for more than one year now- Keep him away

Does not have capacity to execute project. This guy just created design documents by copying images from internet, gave less quotes, promised by signing document to gain confidence, and once he got 80% advance he disappeared. He did not pay POP guys, electrician and carpenter, and finally my site was abandoned by all contractors. Played risky with my electrical system by using non qualified electrical, who ripped off ceiling and walls left and right.. left lots of debris in electrical pipe and switch boards.. had to redo every thing. Completely screwed up our home dream.
