8 months agoI had a very bad experience with this herbal pest control service. The person came to my newly occupied flat, saw that the house was still being arranged, and himself suggested that cleaning should be done first and pest control can be done the next day. We agreed and politely asked him to come the next day. However, before leaving, he forcefully demanded ₹500 as a “visiting charge”, which was never clearly informed beforehand. Despite my repeated requests and explanation that ₹500 is unreasonably high just for a visit, he refused to listen and behaved very rudely. I even proposed a fair solution: deduct the ₹500 from the total service cost of ₹2500 when he comes back the next day, or at least accept petrol charges instead. He arrogantly refused both, showing zero professionalism or customer sensitivity. This felt more like coercion than service. Such behaviour destroys trust and reflects very poorly on the company. I would strongly not recommend this service to anyone who values transparency, basic manners, and ethical business practices.

10 months agoUsed their service to get rid of bed bugs. In two settings all the bed bugs were gone. The composition used was herbal and was odur free. I would recommend them for pest control services.
