a week agoIntegrity Pest Control बाबत माझा अनुभव समाधानकारक नाही. 2 महिन्या आधी रोजी Pest Control केले होते. ६ महिन्यांची वॉरंटी बिलावर असूनही काही दिवसांतच पुन्हा त्रास सुरू झाला. घरातील सर्व सदस्यांना होत आहे. फोटोसुद्धा पाठवून तक्रार केली, पण समस्या व्यवस्थित ऐकून घेण्याऐवजी वॉरंटीच्या अटी सांगण्यात आल्या आणि प्रत्यक्ष वॉरंटी सर्व्हिसबाबत समाधानकारक प्रतिसाद मिळाला नाही. तक्रार करताना बोलण्याची पद्धतही ग्राहकाभिमुख वाटली नाही. तसेच बिल देण्यापूर्वी आधी पेमेंट करण्यास सांगण्यात आले. माझ्या अनुभवावरून, सेवा घेण्यापूर्वी वॉरंटी आणि After-Sales Service नीट तपासा. भविष्यातील ग्राहकांनी सेवा देणाऱ्याचा प्रतिसाद, तक्रार निवारणाची पद्धत आणि वॉरंटी प्रत्यक्षात किती प्रभावीपणे दिली जाते हे आधी स्पष्टपणे जाणून घ्यावे. स्थानिक व विश्वासार्ह Service Provider चा पर्यायही विचारात घ्या, जेणेकरून नंतर त्रास आणि अतिरिक्त खर्च टाळता येईल.
